New Ratz Memorial Park sign
The Red Bud Park and Recreation Committee approached the Foundation to see if we would be willing to help with the cost of the new sign at the Park. The sign post was refurbished and repainted by members of the parks committee. The sign was made by Bob Sale of DE Signs. The Community Foundation of Red Bud is always looking for projects that will benefit larger segments of the City population.  The Foundation was happy to be involved as Ratz Park is available to and used by many in the community. Visit our Facebook page for ways that you can donate or go straight to our donation form here.

We’re proud to introduce Downtown Red Bud’s newest gem – our very own Pocket Park!
This inviting new space is nestled right in the heart of downtown behind City Hall – the perfect spot to relax, enjoy your lunch, or meet up with friends. With new seating & fresh landscaping, it’s a small space making a big difference. This project was made possible through a generous donation from the Voges family, with the Community Foundation of Red Bud proudly managing the project from start to finish. Visit our Facebook page for ways that you can donate or go straight to our donation form here.
Stop by, check it out, and help us celebrate this wonderful new addition to Red Bud!

September 2024
The Community Foundation of Red Bud has received a generous donation for the Musketeer Market and Royal Table from the supporters of the Ruma Light Show (Terry Laurent). Supporters of The Ruma Light Show have donated over $3700 since last year to help stock the food pantries in our schools. Both programs are school run food pantry's supporting kids in our community and eliminating hunger. We are looking to expand on the generosity and are hoping to expand the donation amount to help support these great programs for our kids in the community. We are a 501c3 nonprofit who offers tax deductions for donations to our projects. Please help us raise funds to support our kids. The Community Foundation of Red Bud is proud to announce the commissioning of a mural in downtown Red Bud. Alan and Karla Mueth have graciously given their approval to place this mural on the west wall of the 1855 building (Burnt Ends). CFRB has contracted with the renowned artist Kenzie Wolk of St. Genevieve, Mo. You can find out more about her and her art at www.KenzieTheArtist.com. Plans are to start the mural in late August. Funds received from the Red Bud Rotary Club, after their disbandment, will be used to purchase this mural.
This is the second major project that the CFRB has undertaken this year. The CFRB has also purchased benches and trash receptacles for the new Splash Pad in Ratz Park. We have been able to do these projects because of the generous donations of the people, organizations and businesses in the Red Bud community. The CFRB have other projects in mind but again need the generosity of the community to accomplish these goals. You can help by making a donation here.
